Welcome to Duafe! These Terms explain how you can use our website (duafe.co) and app. By using Duafe, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Duafe
- You must be 18+ to use Duafe.
- Clients can browse and book beauty pros.
- Beauty pros can list and provide services.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Clients may pay a subscription for protection.
- Beauty pros pay Stripe fees + a 2.5% platform fee per booking.
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
3. Cancellations & Protection
- Clients with protection are eligible for deposit safeguards, rebooking options, or refunds.
- Beauty pros with Pro subscriptions get chargeback protection.
4. Responsibilities
- Beauty pros must set and honour clear service policies.
- Clients must respect those policies when booking.
- Duafe is not responsible for the outcome of services, but provides a protection system when things go wrong.
5. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Duafe is not liable for missed appointments, service quality, or losses beyond deposit protection and dispute handling.
