Browsing and booking Beauty Pros on Duafe is completely free. You’ll only be charged if you choose a Premium protection plan (£6.99/month) or add one-off booking protection to a service.
Booking protection isn’t included automatically. It’s available with a Premium subscription or as a one-off add-on at checkout. A Premium plan also unlocks additional perks designed to make booking completely stress-free.
If your beauty pro cancels, Duafe instantly finds you same-day matches in your area at the same price. You’ll get a shortlist of options and can pick the one you like best. If nothing fits, you can expand your search (different area, price, or day). And if that still doesn’t work, we’ll refund your deposit - no stress, no chasing.
